HD carries the ceramic looking laminate. I saw it there just a few weeks ago.
I believe Realife makes the "ceramic look-a-like" tiles - they make the wood look-a-like for sure. Very nice looking tiles!
Most flooring stores carry laminate flooring, both planks and tiles. I'm not sure about all building centres, but flooring stores for sure.
