Hi all :
I have been around for a couple months now in the design forums, but never checked out gardening - guess it will get busier as spring comes in !
Just a thought for the people looking to change their gardens.
I've never tried it, but I remembered today that a friend of mine, ages ago, took pictures of the parts of her garden that she wanted to work on; then she took them to a photocopy place and had them blown up, then she mounted them on cardboard or something, piecing all the bits together. She then covered them in some removable, clear plastic (I think she used Mylar or something, but as I have a ton of vapor barrier around,, I would use that personally).. This way you can draw on the plastic with felt marker the new plants/colours/heights etc. and change things as you go !!
This is my first year with a house although we had a townhouse with a bit of a yard the last two years, and can't wait !!! to get some growing things in!
