Desperately seeking your design knowledge. I recently purchased a home in Florida, but I am having difficulty trying to figure out how to decorate a large wall where my husband insisted on placing a 54" flat screen television. The ceilings are high, and the wall is 11feet 6 inches wide. I have no interest in built in cabinetry, but would consider floating shelves? pictures? wall sconces? plants? ottoman?or any other suggestions you may have.
I would also be interested in colour suggestions for painting the space. It is an open concept so the same colour would have to be used in the kitchen, dining room and hallway.
