I made a Turkey Tetrazzini and now just have to wait for DH and his cousin to get home from hunting and we will give it a try. It looks and smells really good. I have the bones boiling up for stock to make soup.
Make a lasagne with the left over turkey.
We also didn't have turkey this year. I HATE cooking turkey dinner (such a PITA) and both Paul and I aren't fans of it anyway....so we opted to do something different. We went to my brother's house on saturday night and had a hockey/beer/pizza party instead. (His first "party" with the new live-in GF) My sister and her BF came as well...kids played WII while we watched hockey...a good time was had by all. We're now wondering how we can mix Xmas up a little.

ps...I do have a hankering for a hot turkey sandwich now tho. Must be all this turkey talk
I could use some too. No turkey here either & I'm really wanting it now. I do have one of those pre-stuffed Butterballs in the freezer and an apple pie but my company couldn't make it. Now everyone else is sick of turkey.
You could send some to my house. No turkey here this year and I'm kind of feeling I missed something.
