I took all the meat a portioned it into serving size and have frozen it but i will use the sites mentioned to get good recipes for using it up. I could eat it everyday never get tired of it but DH is only god for 2 days and he has had enough. The soup stock pot is on with the bones so I will freeze the stock and make soup later.

You could make turkey soup out of it. I always love that. Or you could make a stir fry add lots of veggies. Turkey al-a-king I dont have an exact recipie for it but you could look it up on [url]www.foodnetwork.com[/url]. I think thats about it for ideas right now! I dont have any left over turkey this year as I had xmas at my aunts house. I am kinda missing the left overs, I havent got to have my fav turkey sandwiches!
could you puhleeze send them to me............I missed out on turkey all together this year!!!
If you have the room, I'd make a big pot of soup and freeze in small amounts.
You may think, yeech, but I bet even in a couple of weeks, on a cold winters night, it's going to hit the spot.
