Just to follow up, senior design editor Cameron MacNeil says Richelieu sells the components. You can check them out online, but have to order them through a local carpenter or designer or cabinet place. http://www.richelieu.com/
I wonder whether an architectural salvage store or custom made might be the best options. Let me ask the editors here...
