When I snack it's usually something salty & crunchie. Just wondering, what is your favorite low fat snack or do you have a recipe you want to share?

to eat something cruncy and this is satisfied by eating rice cakes, Quaker makes them in various flavours, I like the brown sugar one and the cheese ones

Slice up your grapefruit - sprinkle a little cinamon and warm it up in the microwave for 14 secs - so yummy!

I also really like rice crisp crackers with low-fat cream cheese and red pepper jelly :)

they come in regular & nacho flavorerd that I have seen. Really good. On the WW system a 1/3 of the bag I think is 2 points.

I love a Granny Smith apple with peanut butter for a snack. Yum!! I eat low-fat peanut butter, though!! It was actually a nutritionist who suggested an apple & peanut butter as a healthy snack.

I also love the natural fruit-flavoured gummy jujubes that you can get at Loblaws :)
