I am having guests for luncheon next week and would welcome ideas for a main course.
Last time these folks came here I did Chicken Pot Pie and do not want to repeat that dish.
I do, however, want some casserole type dish that I can do ahead of time and serve with a salad or some such item.
Any ideas?

Another idea if your weather is as hot ours and you want a cold lunch any kind of wraps are really good as well.
I always like to make a quiche for a nice lunch served with a salad and maybe some fruit. You can make any number of different fillings for it and i think it is a good choice.
