......my husband and I agreed on when it came down to naming our daughter was that it was going to be very short. You see our last name is sooo long you need a coffee break in between writing it, and saying it. So we settled on a nice sweet 3 letter name, and now before you blink you've said it.

I think the only time DH and I agreed on a name was when we were first married. We both thought it would be great if we had a girl first, and both of us loved the name Jennifer. Soonafter his aunt had a baby and chose that name, so we decided to start thinking of other names. Never did we agree on the same ones after that!
I ended up getting my choice for both my kids. I think the reason for that is because DH gets tired of conversations that go long, and just ends up saying, "pick whatever you want", LOL. It's probably fitting it turned out that way though. I remember once when I asked him what his parent's middle names were, he had no idea. I relived that a couple of years ago when he asked me one day, "What's Jack's middle name again?" (Jack is our son, lol!)
the name conversation will NOT be fun - very heated last time. Good thing it was a girl - he did not like Ethan, my choice. We loved DD's name, but used the only 2 girls' names we liked, so this will be a long discussion. Jeez, aren't I the one who has to give up caffeine, watch my diet, go through the pin, etc. Can't I just pick the name! Guess not.

I'm very happy for you and your family. Have you started talking about names yet? I loved dreaming of what I would name my kids while I was pregnant. Both times I had both boy and girl favourites picked out long in advance, and then I could hardly wait to meet the baby to see if the name suited them!

DD is already Luv3 - she's already a little shopper! Now if it's a boy, I won't make him shop - unless of course he wats to!
Are you pregnant LUV2? I knew it, someone who Luvs2bop like you do, this is what happens!!! congrats a new little bundle of luv. Maybe you should call it Luv3.
it is due to curtain rod battles. I do have major work to do, so I'll try and get to it as quickly as possible.
