Marinating chicken...

Beans's picture

Any marinade suggestions for boneless skinless chicken breast (that's the only part of the chicken my family eats, other than wings).

I am always using bottled salad dressing but they tend to get a little boring after the 10th... 100th time.

Preferred method of cooking on the bbq.

Thanks in advance.

We BBQ chicken breasts all the time. I usually marinate them in lemon juice, worcestshire sauce, salt and pepper, mixed italian herbs. They are very tasteful in combination with the barbequed taste. Enjoy :)

Not sure if this helps...but my three kids only like boneless, skinless chicken..so I use the old standby ( shake n' bake)..and I prefer to buy the thighs. ( much juicer and don't dry out)...............they have the italian flavor, regular and I believe BBQ.....just a thought........................... :D
