Metal bed frames

I know these frames have locking wheels but in practice they don't seem to work on hardwood floors. Does anybody have any tips to stabilize the bed so it doesn't roll around so easily?

how about putting a small piece of carpeting with a non-slip bottom under each "wheel"? that may work. i too have a bed on a wheel frame sitting on a hardwood floor. for now it doesn't bother me but i suppose over time it'll start to scratch away at the surface. maybe a piece of foam (if you have any lying around) would do the trick too. it may not be a slippery as a carpet scrap because of the material foam is made of....just some thoughts...let me know if they work :)
