how about putting a small piece of carpeting with a non-slip bottom under each "wheel"? that may work. i too have a bed on a wheel frame sitting on a hardwood floor. for now it doesn't bother me but i suppose over time it'll start to scratch away at the surface. maybe a piece of foam (if you have any lying around) would do the trick too. it may not be a slippery as a carpet scrap because of the material foam is made of....just some thoughts...let me know if they work :)
