I'm a sucker for chandeliery stuff with glass prisms, so I finally had to order this set of nesting tables through HBC online. They are actually dark brown but with a black feel to them somehow, and the prisms are glass, not acrylic. The only problem is 2 were broken, but It's easier for me to fix them than reaorder. Anyway, they were $31.60.
I have no idea where they go....just had to have them. I figure one could even place them outdoors in a protected spot. Pretty, huh?

Excelllent find - excellent price. I didn't even know there was an HBC site to order from.
I took a look over at hbc.com and I didn't see them there either. I wouldn't be surprised, as I recall the price dropped even further after I had purchased them.
I like these. Did you find them at HBC.ca? They must not be available anymore. :cry:
They look gorgeous............I would put a container of some sort or glass shelf on the bottom to put towels on it.....love the crystal dangling....would add bling to any room.
They would go great in my daughters black and pink room... :D ...they definately have a french kinda victorian feel...........how about putting them in the bathroom with candles on them....kinda romantic........or in an entrance way to put your keys on........good find...............
I hope you have a place near a window or light for them so the crystals can catch the light. You'll probably find those really useful when you have people over and need something to pull out for drinks.

they are darling....and at that price who can blame a girl for that 'must have' purchase. you could us them as t.v. trays..but i like your idea of using them outdoors...great find!!!
