Are you advertising for him or just spreading the word about his services?
Mike's formula is do 10 times more than what's required to make it right. One of his shows he did a 75K job to reline the basement walls to bring it up to code. His construction skills are very high but his solution choices are scary. Mike should leave the designing and problem solving to someone with vision who has a sense for price. Mike is a concrete and steel guy in a brick and lumber world. Too much, but he certainly means well and I get such a kick watching him bring in the heavy equipment to repair a front step or sidewalk. "Cheers" bud!
I'm not sure this is a a good thing, according to Mike everyone elses work is substandard so how could his inspectors possibly give passing grades to the homes they go into? I think making home inspectors more accountable would be a better solution to this problem. Mike should be lobbying the provincial governments to introduce home inspection accountablity.
