This cake is a fave of the family...
3/4 cup soft butter
1 1/2 c white sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla with 4 tsp. instant coffee granules dissolved in the vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp, Baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c sour cream 1 1/2 c semisweet choc. chips.
Grease large Bundt pan or tube pan & dust with flour
In large bowl beat butter & sugar, beat in eggs 1 at a time & vanilla.
Separate bowl has flour, Soda and B powder, salt.
Stir into butter/sugar mixture alternating with sour cream 2-3 x alternating
Fold in choc. chips. Fill pan and tap side to release any air.
Bake 325* in cebter of oven about 1 hour
Cool 15 min. and turn onto a plate or whatever. Dust with icing sugar
Freezes well up to a month in double plastic wrap. (dust with icing sugar when it thows out) :)

but seriously.....if they contain eggs and milk they MUST be healthy!!! Am I right?
My mom says if you don't know how many calories are in a choc chip cookie then they don't count....... :D
