Hello all
I have a offspring of mock orange that a neighbour gave me. Problem: It never bloomed this year and has white spots on leaves.....almost looks like someone splattered larrge spots of paint on it. It is planted in a shady spot (tree overhang) near foundation. Can someone help? Thanks

That type of bush likes sun to bloom. The white may be mildew due to the moisture as it is planted in the shade.
I would move it now to a sunny location, add some bone meal (handfull)to the new hole for the roots and check at a nursery for a disinfectant spray for mildew. You can trim it down some in the spring so you get some new growth next year. A nursery can help you with this.
