I put mine outside now from approx. 10 - 2 p.m. Then next week each day they will stay out longer until about 6 p.m. then over night as long as it is a warm night. Hope this helps. Keep them out of cool winds too.

So pot them up into individual pots (if they are not already in these) and let them sit outside every day for longer and longer, until they have been all day and all night outside. I am not sure how gradual you need to be, since I don't do my own seeds anymore, but the basic idea is to help them get used to the colder temps so they won't be shocked all at once. You can also plant them right out and then cover them with a plastic cover of some sort - a cloche or a cap, as long as uyou watch they don't get too hot when it is very sunny (greenhouse effect) and then remove the cloche gradually as in the process above.
