You know what, I don't envy them at all.
Now what is the down-payment on those houses, where do you go to get that kind of mortgage, and won't you love to be the agent that closes that deal? :p

I heard after the sale, from a friend from college , that Oprah bought the Montecito, California estate from someone we went to school with. ( 50 million)
