You can do a search, for example if you're looking for moussaka recipes in the food&entertaining forum, just click on Search above, and type in moussaka as a keyword.
You can't send private messages to individual members, but I believe the moderators are planning to add this feature in the future. You could post a message for them and ask, in the Tech forum, if you want.
A DH is a dear (or darling) husband, DW is dear wife, DS is dear son, DD is dear daughter.... there are other "netspeak" forms used as well. I think someone posted a list of them in the past, but I'm not sure. You could probably also find a list of these shortforms on the net by googling.

Fendi, please share! I got one from the internet last night, it tasted ok, but there was a ton of water on the bottom after cooking.
