Lots of new stuff to share in there, new tiles on the floor, new paint color on the front door, a new bathroom cabinet and sinks, the finished baby room, plus some pics from the baptism, including my home made cake. Can't wait to hear what everyone thinks. I am now signing off and going to bed. It's well after midnight around here!

what a lovely home you have. I can see all the work but it was well worth it by looks of pics. I like the detail in the architecture of an older home. Cake looks yum too.

I finally goat a chance to check out your album - your home is lovely! You and DH are doing a great job, as much as it's nice to dream about someone coming in a doing everything for you, there's a certain satisfaction in a job you've done yourself. Great work!
Thanks for making the album.Your house looks great. The entrance and staircase reminds me of mediterranean houses and it is so nice to have wooden stairs. Amazing how polishing the old lamps made a difference. I love old things, especially when they have sentimental value. So well done, congrats!

I love that you baked your own cake-that kind of thing really gives a heart a hug! With all the planning and preparation, it is wonderful that you made it yourself. I was about to say "where did you find the time" and then I remembered that you said you stayed up late to decorate it. (the things we do for love-beautiful)

Constance, great work. You obviously have been living and breathing renos for a while- definitely worth it. My 2 favourite spots are your bedroom and your daughters. That grid is professional!! And as for that baptism, that was the size of my wedding!!! :D looked great
Constance, I am struck dumb, or dumber!! You're house is fabulous!! The outside is very classy looking and huge!! You and your Dh did an incredible job with the flooring, staining, plumbing, etc. Martha Stewart shove it!!! Anyone who can pull all that off, stay up till 3 in the morning getting everything done, and then hosting a huge baptism in their back yard, with homemade cake to boot!! deserves to be on prime time!!!
I can't say enough, I'm speechless!!
One more thing, your Dh was right about the doors, they're beautiful!
