My dog ate my callas -- GRRRR!!!!

Crap!! I've been growing my calla bulbs in a big pot in the house for a few weeks, so they'll have a head start before it's warm enough to plant them outside. Some had shoots about 2 inches tall.

When I got him at lunch today, I discovered that my STUPID Lab chewed off all the shoots :(

I am SO PO'd right now -- there's nothing in this house this dumb dog won't eat, and now not even plants are safe.

Do you think the callas will die, or will they grow new shoots??

I know some plants are toxic to animals. However, if you'd seen some of the things this dog has eaten, I don't think biting off the shoots will have any affect on her!!

Thanks for the heads-up, though. I'll keep an eye on her, just in case.
