I am repainting, and cleaning out my room. Any random advice on storage suggestions?? I have SOO much clothing and don't know where to put it all. I'm thinking about baskets or something in my closet, but I can't think of anything clever. I'd love some input if anyone know some tricks!!

I'd recommend going through your wardrobe and tossing some of those articles you havn't worn in a while! I know it can be hard, but you'll feel great afterwords and your closet will be well on its way to a clutter-free existence.
those Joy Mangano hangers really do save space check out
Actually, I have those but at Homesense (which I get to check it out once every six months :D) I picked up the best hangers and they take up less space and were less expensive and won't break. They look great and hang flat. Also they hold a great deal of weight. Need to get more. Also as Sam King suggested the shrink bags are great for sweaters, comforters and you can put those things in containers under the bed. Also key is edit, edit, edit. I had a charity pick up items from my closet and I threw items out that I hadn't worn in a year, even if I said I was going to get into them. Be cruel and throw. ;)
Also from the shopping channel are those space saving plastic storage shrink bags that you place out of season items and can be stored out of the way until next season or use.
Just some off the cuff ideas
- under bed storage for things you don't need all the time
- those Joy Mangano hangers really do save space check out http://www.theshoppingchannel.com/endeca/search.do?keyword=hangers&Search.x=36&Search.y=15 to see them. Usually they have more stock so you have to keep an eye on when it's in
- use all your space, look at the inside of doors and such to see if you can use them to hang things like belts, jewelry, etc.
It would be a good idea to post some pictures to help us see what you are up against.
