Need help with plants / trees

I have had this landscape done 2 years ago and I hate whats planted.  Im looking for something that is easy to maintain and will look nice with the house.

Any one have any ideas ?

Boxwoods are always nice.  You can trim them to a round ball or a square and by doing this you can keep them on the smaller side and has a more formal look.

I am not sure what the tree is on the far left but the tall tree on the right should be planted on the left and move the other tree somewhere else.  The spreading out woody shrub with no leaves should/could go somewhere else as well (back yard maybe).  I think the euronomus (sp?) could probably stay where it is or put it in the middle and then plant 2 or 3 boxwoods.  Try to plant things that graduate down in size the closer you get to steps of the porch.  Another idea is take this picture with you to a garden centre and they would be more than happy to help with ideas.
