Hausenbarn in Mississsauga has the worst customer service in all of the GTA. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE. The "owner" - blonde and *****y you cannot miss her took my order over the phone with my credit card. There was a miscomunication about the number of counter stools I ordered. I ordered 2 stools. When I went to the store to pick these up, she told me my 3 stools were ready. I explained that I only ordered 2 stools - she proceeded to argue with me [B][U]after [/U][/B]putting through the purchase only seconds earlier and she stated that ALL SAYS ARE FINAL and that she cannot and will not return the stool. I said i just bought the items so surely she can return the chair since my kitchen counter is not big enough for three stools.
Perplexed I had explained that there was obviously a miscommunication over the phone and she said it was not her mistake that it was mine and she did not care what my understanding was. She said TOO BAD. I indicated that I just purchased over $700 worth of items and this is how you treat your customers. She said she didn't care and there are plenty of customers. She took my stools and put them outside of the store.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. THE OWNER IN PARTICULAR COULD CARE LESS, HAS NO EMOTIONS AND IS DOWN RIGHT MEAN SPIRITED.
