that's my resolution too!
Trying to keep eating healthy and continue my exercise regimen.
my resolution is to do a 5km race. I don't plan to compete, i just want to finish.
Other than that, not die this year is always a good resoluion
Everyone is different but I went to Curves and couldn't stand it. When I go to workout I don't want to listen to everyone yakking about their problems. The one I went to was in a small place so the workout equipment was really close together and you could hear every word. The other thing I didn't like was that your workout is timed on each machine and if you got behind someone that wasn't moving very fast and took to much time to get out of the machine a good part of your time on that machine was gone. I know that sounds petty but when you only have about a minute on each machine it really made a difference. I know they tried to make it fun for people but I found it wasn't for me and I never lost anything I actually gained every week. Also remember that you have to give them 1 months notice in writing if you don't want to renew your membership or they just keep debitting your account I found that out the hard way.
I'm going to visit the local Curves and see what that brings. No promises I will join mind you.
Not a new Years Resolution just a promise to myself taht I will stay on the Weight Watchers Lifestyle and keep the weight off that I just lost.
