Thanks Pearl_girl. I'll try them today. I have to remove the nuts from the recipe (I am allergic). I'll let you know how they work out with out them.
This cookie is like eating breakfast and is quite soft.
350* F for 10 min. It makes dozens and I often use 1/2 the recipe. Roll dough in balls and press with a fork.
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup coconut
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds (optional)
1/3 cup wheat germ
