One more I found.
Use a muffin tin greased lightly. Mix a package of Stove Top stuffing according to directions and line the muffin tin top and sides with the mixture. Pat down some like a nest of stuffing.
Break an egg in each and grate cheese over and add some bacon bits. Bake 350 until yolks are set.
Not a make ahead recipe though.
