A few years ago, I went for my honeymoon in Disney at the end of May, it was over 30 degrees everyday and I, who never gets sunburned, got sunburned on the second day, wearing 30sunblock, reapplied about every three hours and a hat. It's stinking hot there in June and July and if you get a break, it's usually because a storm or worse, a hurricane is coming. That's why the rates are usually better during the summer. Hopefully you'll remember to stay indoors between 11:am-2:00pm.
Still had a great time, even if I peeled.
I think it would be too humid/hot to be comfortable for me or anyone in the family. Maybe put off plans until September/October then. I have been before but never in summer months.
...and humid. Almost oppressingly so. Florida is at its best in May or September. I've been there many a time...
