I'm painting my new house and would like some sujestions preventing some problems I'm encoutering with painters tape:
-My tape sticks too much to the wall, when I remove the tape small pieces of the wall come off, and the biggest problem is when I remove the tape some of the paint comes off with it as well...I would apreciate any help.

I have found both blue and green tape to be equally as good.
It takes 30 days for freshly painted walls to harden. I know you can't wait that long, but maybe a day or two would be better before taping over it.
Otherwise, I guess touching up is all you can do! Sorry
so if you are doing a lot of stripes/colour blocks etc... avoid when possible taping over freshly dried paint - it hasn't fully "cured" yet even though it feels dry to the touch.
What color tape are you using I have found the blue is better than the green. Don't leave it on to long take it off as soon as you can. Also if you don't get enough answers to your question repost it in Free for all it gets a lot more responses than this page.
