We painted the kitchen cabinets and replaced the handles 5 years ago as temporary solution with hopes of a kitchen reno by now. Unfortunately finances won't allow that so once again we will be painting the cupboards. ;-(
I like the white (BM - Simply White) as it it freshens up the kitchen but am wondering if we should try to paint the bottom cupboards a different colour? I've love that look but wonder if this would work in my kitchen because the dishwasher and stove are next to each other and both are white.
The wall colour is BM - Light Khaki

Unless you are willing to change your appliances, I think you need to stick with the white. Black from the countertop down would look nice - but you would need to either paint or replace your appliances. Yes you can get them painted - but it's best done by a professional to get the paint baked on.
