I need help signing in on the MSN site. Please help me!

I keep getting this message:

The portion of your e-mail address that follows the @ symbol is part of a "reserved domain" such as hotmail.com, msn.com or passport.com. Please type a different e-mail address.

I am on a Mac and at home. I don't have another email address.
I use sympatico.

I really want to get into this Swap and Sell site!

are you using a hotmail addy ? If not get /make/one as it may be easier.
I would try and reboot the computer and then try again. Frustrating to say the least...

ok, I got past the e-mail part. Wahoo.
Now to join the MSN group, I can't get past the MSN nickname part. It doesn't matter what I type in there, or choose a recommended nickname, the site says it is already taken. Even "sd7jei10mndf"! Help please.
I am soooooo close!

I guess I am the ONLY one not allowed access on the MSN site. This s#cks!

(ps, I am not directing this at you Paula, just at the circumstances)

I have no idea what to do...

Sorry - that's way out of my expertise...sounds like you'll have to contact MSN Help. I don't think that would be an issue with that site itself.

Try contacting MSN. I've had to do that before on things & they're pretty good about getting back fairly quickly.
