did you get your Vessey's catalogue?...OMG i don't know what flowers i want the mostest!...that Bat Flower and those Calla Lillies have me drooling!.....i've probably circled about $200 worth of bulbs already and i haven't even finished going thru the book yet...LOL

Vesey's is really good. I have ordered from them before and when some of the hosta's didn't come up the next year they sent me replacements plus. Other than the hostas, everything else arrived on time, grew fine, and basically the prices were good compared to some local places.
My frustration is they show such neat plants but most of them won't grow in Calgary's climate.
I have never ordered from a catalogue, are they a reliable source for plants? I prefer to see what I am getting so I go to the local nursery for everything so I buy plants for the right garden zone.
Have you been successful ordering from a catalogue ?
