OK

Unfortunately it's not just simply adults here on the forum. Teenagers also comes here to post and to read. It is my opinion that the mere definition of Free For All should be used with caution and not taken to its extreme.
Who cares if someone knows what you wear to bed or not, or what bra size or whatever. We are not our teenage children we are grown women/men. I frankly have these frank discussions with my own grown up peers. ok, so common sense dictates don't post your address, directions to your house or your childrens school (like I saw someone do), the front of your house or other identifying factors. Then you've stepped into the stalking zone. But, once again, the complaint factor. Why so much complaining?

I never thought a PJ post would get so much publicity. All in fun and no one is asking you to post if you do not care too. JMO. Personally I think the multitude of porn sites on the Net fulfil the fantasy that some need. JMO.
so I have no clue why anyone woulld care if someboday has an imagine of you sleeping in a ightgown hardly anything to worry about in my opinion.
I really appreciate your reminder and am grateful that someone looked out for me.
point well taken
I'm not trying to creep you out, but we do all start to think we are sitting around the table chatting, and we are not. Just making a point.
with Marma, you said it all.
people were offended by this question. I thought it was an innocent question, as if we were girls chatting around a table, as someone suggested. It's easy to get too comfortable in this Forum and share personal information without realizing the possibility of who may be reading. This brings about some excellent points and reminders about safety awareness on the internet, that I have to admit really creep me out.. I would definately think twice next time.
to be cautious when discussing anything personal. We offer small details about ourselves over time which may seem meaningless and insignificant to most. Sadly, however, the world is full of losers. If one's own space has been ever been compromised in such an intimidating and threatening way, thru phone calls, mail, e-mail or worse, in person by an unknown, you definitely look at the world from a different angle...a good reminder!
I must admit that I felt the same as Dreamer when I read this question, which is why I didn't respond. No offense to the person who posted the question!
Gotta be careful in this world.
Though we sometimes post from the heart, we must keep our heads involved too!
please read FFA TOPICS. luv2shop makes some good points to remember.
to answer a post or not, no matter where on the Internet you choose to reply.
entertaining someone who has a selfish intent to gratify himself by imagining you, your nature is much more easy going than my own. I realize that I could easily ignore this question, and there is no need for me to answer, however I fear that some of my forum friends might reply without realizing they may be titillating or fueling some fantasies. I know we are all adults, I just worry that some may be naive. Many people take advantage of the anonymity of the internet to get personal information you would not ordinarily give out, for reasons which you might find highly unappealing.
but we always get wrong number calls. Mainly people looking for apartments to rent because soemone in the paper has a phone umber that end in 23 and ours is 33. No one ever beleives that we don'[t have a apartment for rent though.
Now that the topic was brought up on strange phone calls that I am sure most of us have had.
What was one you have received and how did you handle it. Dreamer told us of her experience and what she did. I laughed when I got a phone call. I laughed as I had a baby with colic and projectile vomiting.
When I answered the phone I was up to me ears in forumula. :) Literally wearing it.
I think questions like this just help us to get know eachother. I think it is fun! :)
I think some of us have had those calls as well at some point in time.
LOL I know I have.
so.....do you? :D
however I find this question disturbing and I am troubled and worried by the fact it has been answered. I was once asked, by a male who called me on the telephone, what I was wearing. I hung up. I have the same reaction to being asked whether or not I like to sleep naked.
I wear my birthday suit :D
On viciously cold nights I wear my harry potter flannel pj's (a gift from someone that obviously didn't like me very much....)
if you had posted flannel I would have said we need to talk. :)
I used to like not, until kids started climbing in the bed. Then they got passed that stage and I went back to nice nighties, Now I am back to where I was at birth in soft cuddly flannel jobs .LOL
I go now for comfort that is not necessarily style.
nuff said about that. I liek nightgowns and in the winter I love fleece jammies.
heee heee you go girl!
as for me.. how bout.. 'not'!
cozy flannel nighties and my "hotel" style robe...( like yesterday on Cityline!) but about 3 a.m. I turn into the "towering inferno" and everything ends up on the floor...
I won't even tell you the "jammies" I just purchased for a "sleep-over" HAHAHA. It sure as hell was NOT flannel!
D.
When I was younger I use to sleep with flannel pyjamas, flannel sheets plus blanket plus duvet. A friend even bought me those pj's for kids with the feet in it. They had a flap in the back just in case you had to go to the bathroom.
After I had my kids I find myself sleeping in a t-shirt with flannel bottoms and in the middle of the night I need to take off the bottoms because my legs get too hot and itchy
Me too love the flannel PJ's at this time of year. I am still in mine too and here it is 11:00 a.m.
Then in summer I switch to the light cotton knit ones. I go for comfort too.
How are you doing with the rehab...every day things will get brighter for you. Are the headaches as bad as before?
Well, I'm sitting here in my dark blue flannel PJ with sleeping teddy bears hugging a moon on them. Most of my PJ' are now flannel - a sign of age, I guess.
