Hi Janet, yes I am feeling great, even lost 10 lbs in the process, so this has really motivated me to get to my classes. I'm hearing you about partially finished rooms but at least painting is not that expensive and it really can lift a room up. At least now I can live with the kitchen for a few more years.
It was to dark by the time I got home from work to take pictures so maybe tomorrow. I have been in the mood to purge so this is another job that I have started. Started in my daughters bedrooms, they were so happy to get rid of some of their things that have just bee taking up space. Then the linen closet, OMG I can't believe how much bedding I gave away. I had bedding still in the packages that I new I would never use so I just packed it and gave it to my girlfriends for their cottages. I believe I am a towel and bedding holic.
I have hooked my 16 yrear old on painting so now she is painting her bedroom. She went from bright sunny yellow to Cranberry and a Coffee colour, to match her new bedding, It's a bit messy but overall I think she has done a great job. So lots of things happening in our house.
im really glad to hear that you are feeling better,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh gosh im so looking forward to seeing your kitchen makeover. Its been crazy busy around this house lately too, im trying to get some things done but having trouble getting into it :) so many rooms feel only half done

Hi everyone.... Im back, I just started work this week, what a drag, but at least I am on the forum. Thank you Janetc and Gerri for thinking of me. I think I was painting the kitchen that day. (Ha Ha).
I was pretty zoned out up until about Xmas, after that I was back in full pace, couldn't stand it any longer. So..... I painted the kitchen, bought a new light fixture and wow..... I have a new kitchen. I will take pictures tonight if I can get access to the computer and the camera. I painted it BM Flagstone, this picked the greyish crystal up in the granite... I love it, I think it looks great. I was only able to get one coat on so I might do the 2nd this weekend.
The new light looks perfect for that room, now I just need a paint colour for the large back wall.
I am going to the doctors next week to see if I can get back to the gym, I want to start back into Kettleball classes. I kow there is going to be alot of work up north this year and I need to get fit for it.
Anyway, I will post pictures when I can.
sure hope she is getting lots of rest and on the mend. Stop by when you are feeling better
