I will be cooking a 5lb. pork roast for Christmas . Does anyone know how long and what temp? I usually do 325degrees but I am not sure for how long to cook it. Is there a general rule like 20mins per pound?

Here's hoping Santa left you a digital meat thermometer in your Christmas stocking !

Enjoy:)

& today's pork doesn't have to have the heck cooked out of it like past generations thought.
