i want to change the colour of my bedroom...if post some pics of my room and furniture could you give me some suggestions...i'm replacing all the bedding and stuff...startin' fresh...can ya help me out...i'm clueless to what colours i want in there...and believe it or not...i had originally painted that room in the gravel pit...but found it too dark...thanks for the help...oh and anyone else feel free to jump in with suggestions too

when you say blue green grey....do you mean on the slateish colour side?....i need a name to work with....geez...who would've thought that a bedroom would be so hard...*sigh*...but i have to do something...i hate it the way it is now

Definitely the pic Jenjen posted was a purple blue...
the pic Jen posted was a smidge away from being periwinkle...
does that mean she should see more grey green if you put something blue next to it... trying to learn about the undertones here.

Check out the Gluckstein line - it is very well priced and would be perfect with your furniture. Think more of a blue green gray vs. BLUE

Checked my mag and there is no pull out from bm? Jenjen check out page 148, there is a white matelasse on the bed with a nice quilted throw at the bottom. I will look for a similar color to the one I suggested or you could do a nice antique white as Red suggested...but if you don't paint your furniture it might be to blah.
I scanned it to a different file and tried to attach it twice now, but I can't get my message to post even. Hmm.
It shall have to wait until my husband comes home. Sorry!!

There's a really lovely inspiration photo in the BenjaminMoore "Fashion HitsHome" insert from the latest House and Home magazine.
I'd post it, but I'm too lazy to get the scanner out and set it up.
It shows a blue and white theme with coral accents. ( I think what Redheron has been trying to show us)... the paint colour is called Athabaska. Very soft blue. Very nice.

I checked and it doesn't look as if I can transfer the colour for you. If you go to www.colorcharts.org. You can type in simply blue at the top of the page and it will do a search for you. When you get the colour, click on it again and it will give you an option to "match this colour" and then get other paint names from different companies as well. Good Luck!
