The Right Greige to go with Interior Black Doors

Hi,When I lived in Montreal I painted my interior doors black and LOVED it.  My walls we were a beige going towards red.  BM 2106-60 Soft Sand. I recently married and moved to USA and my husband decor is Black and Silver.  I have softened some of it up by swapping out some of the shiny silver for brushed silver and so far so good ;). My question is that our furniture is black/Silver and we plan on moving soon and I want to do the same black doors in the new place.  But I don't think the beige will not work and I don't want grey, a bit to cold for my liking. So I am looking for a griege that is close enough to look beige to me and grey to him ;).  That will also allow me to paint the doors black in the new place.  Our design style is African influence. Any ideas.
