yes TSC (the shopping channel) is canadian and i believe based in Toronto....it would be another 15 dollars shipping and handling for this item...at least if my eyes were seeing right lol you should be able to go online and check it out...and i believe you have a 30 day money back guarantee with any purchases from the TSC....which is a good thing, as Karen said it would give you the opportunity to be sure its what you want, you can also break the payments up if using a credit card...hope this helps

Before spending this kind of money please take the time to familiarize yourselves with the different models and features and who carries which ones. Cheaper ones have less functions and the more expensive ones have more functions.. just figure out what's important to you and what you want to spend your $s on.
