I went around my garden again today, and none of my roses have started yet. Should I fertilize them. I see only one that is starting to bud but only a few at the bottom of the tree.
I was concern with a climbing rose bush that I thought was not doing good, and Mark from the Friday Gardening Forum said that if there was no buds this week, it's dead. I hope the rest of my roses are not!! I'll take some pictures, maybe somebody can help me. Thank you!

I will try your suggestions, and hopefully I'll get positive results. There's at least 8 bushes that are not showing any growth yet...
I'll let you know!
try pruning back just above an outward facing bud and if you see green bark around the woody beige center it is still alive.
Maybe it needs to be pruned back a bit?
Someone in my neighbourhood has pruned theirs back quite a bit this weekend.
Good luck!
Try putting some of your coffee grinds around the base. They really do work.
