Hi all:
I made really good pork tenderloin, but I wasn't happy with the vinegarete sauce that I served with it. So, I am looking for a different sauce to go with the meat. Does anyone want to share their sauce ideas???? Either recipe or out of a bottle?? Pleeez? Thanks!

My favourite is......Rub the pork both sides (all over) with your favourite Dijon mustard. Then sprinkle (both sides) with your favourite "pepper mix"......I use Pres,. Choice. Then BBQ to a medium rare ...Let it sit for about 10 min befor slicing.
My fave sauce for pork tenderloin is super-easy -- mix maple syrup and dijon mustard together, and that's it!! I can't remember the exact quantities -- might be 3/4 cup syrup and 1/2 cup mustard. And I rub a spice & herb mixture on the pork and let it sit for a few hours before putting it in the oven. Bake the pork, and then serve it with the sauce on the side. Yum!!
