I am new to this forum and would love some advice. I am in the market for window shutters. Just wondering what is better wood shutters or vinyl? and what would be the best company to go with, when looking at great quality and great price?

I think vinyl is more practical in high moisture areas and would only require wiping once in a while whereas wood could warp and would require painting. I have seen some vinyl ones that look very plasticy though and they were quite expensive too.
I bought a pair of shutters on the Net and I am very happy.
I choose vinyl and they are beautiful and very easy to install too
