I roll it in paper towel and then a moist tea towel and that works well too.
no silly, to dip it in warm water, and then you do something else to it. See, I really shouldn't have this "know it all" attitude when my memory spans...sorry..What?
so let me get this straight....you have been taught that the best way to get crisp lettuce is to boil it????:D OK sure;) Who pray tell would be so mean to you?
That you're supposed to put the lettuce in warm water to make it crispy. Gee, I wonder where I got that from :D
