I didn't see that issue, but am from that area, (now l iving on Prince Edward Island). I am pretty sure it is Ingram T Interiors Inc 265, avenue Saint-Denis, Saint-Lambert, QC J4P 2G4 (450) 672-1022. I know someone who had a slip cover made there and it was beautiful.
