We have bought solar lights for our fence posts caps. They have a small bulb in them and I have never used solar lights before but do you need to repalce the bulbs ever. The box has no instructions or no address to ask the company. Any ideas on how long these things will last.

That is what I thought so they are meant to use until they quit and toss them. I gues that is why they aren't very expensive. Thanks.
Are they LED lights? I think most of the solar stuff is, because LED requires so little power. If they are, then the answer is probably they will last a very very very very long time, and if they die you throw them out. This tends to be true of most LED stuff. Basically they don't "burn out", because they aren't really lights, they are diodes - electronics really. But they can wear out or break, eventually. Have you ever noticed that you can't change the bulbs on your LED xmas lights?
