They're all beautiful. The sweet William is my favourite, but I always was partial to Royalty!!
DecorGirl, impatiens are beautiful flowers :) They're easy to grow, and they come in so many pretty, bright colours :)
Don't be shy about showing pics of your garden -- this is just your first year, so you can't expect to have lots big, lush plants right away. It takes a bit of patience, and not every plant grows as well as you hope. But once you've got some perennials established and know what plants work in your area, your garden will get better and better every year!!
my garden is small and dull compared to yours! I only have some impatiens and some leafy plant I can't even remember the name of. They are growing though so I was proud of that. I'll take a pic tomorrow and show you.
blue! That is an amazing colour, thanks for posting. I never had delphinium but I really like them after I've seen your pics and the geranium is also very nice.

How is your garden doing?? Post some pictures if you can :)
and they look so healthy too! Love the vibrant colours...and of course you have your blues! Very nice!
I love this one -- as my friend pointed out, it looks like a little starburst is coming out of the center :)
A friend told me that this is a Sweet William - whatever it is, it has lots of bright pink flowers!!
This is supposed to be one of the top 10 flowers for 2004.....
