Are any of you techies seeing all this spam that is coming through? I keep flagging everything as inappropriate but what is the point of me wasting my time when the spam message is still there? The spammers are still getting the spam out there!!! Why does the message no longer disappear once it is marked as inappropriate like it used to? There are a few names that need to be banned from this website. I don't know about the rest of the readers, but I am getting tired of seeing all this stuff, especially when you think it is something exciting to read and then wasting my time trying to do something about it but with no results. Please help stop this.

Oh, okay that is odd. That is where the tab would be to post a new thread but maybe a tech person can answer that. Sorry, I can't help you.
I see the "Tech", and then the pictures below, and then right underneath all of the pictures it says:
You are not allowed to post new content in this forum
I take it what you are saying is that you know where the new thread button is and press it but nothing happens? You should be able to see it after you log in and click on the forum subject i.e. Tech and it should be near the top of the page between the word " topic" and and the pictures.

Thanks again for your post, Mrs. Peacock. As we mentioned in our email to you a few weeks back, we removed the flagged posts. The way the system works is that three people have to flag something as offensive or spam for it to be automatically removed. We're also working on the functionality to have some volunteer moderators on the new system and will be in touch about that shortly. Once again, we're deeply grateful for your suggestions and your commitment to the forums!
