Hi all

I have been reading some of these messages and there is some great advice on this forum! I have a spirea that is quite "spindly" I want to cut it back so it will grow bushy. When and how?

Thanks in advance
quillingnut

hi there...welcome
most of us are amateurs and we ask a lot of questions...somewhere is the right answer :)...i dont know too much about mock oranges...havent had one for years now but never heard of that leaf problem. As far as your spirea...they are almost indestructible...I just hack at mine whenever it annoys me...prolly best to prune it back in the spring before the leaves start to appear...trust me, they are pretty hard to kill...best of luck
