This is a nice piece of advice,, I think it is the cheap and best process.

Actually it depends on the dinning table if it is round then round rug suits, otherwise square rug is good. Visit Natural Area Rugs where you can find every type of rugs and yes don't forget to buy rug pad since it gives comfort and protection.
If you can not find a square one that you like, go to a carpet store and pick a carpet you like off a roll and then have cut it to size and bind the edges. A thin binding is about $1.00 a running foot. This would be a cheap way of going if you can find a end of the roll carpet that you like.
