I'd like to throw a St Patty's day party at the house for family and friends - my DH is Irish and I'm not so I want to do a good job...any good and easy Irish recipes out there - I'm thinking of having a buffet and maybe some green beer/cocktails - anything would be helpful.

cook a brisket of beef... corned beef. You could serve it with cabbage.
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
drop of mint extract
8 drops of green food coloring
put it in the blend, pour into glass and enjoy
