that's so cool!!
I actually saw him again this year, at the design show.. :) He is an amazing designer and artist.. I really really appreciate his sense of style (and Chris' too). They are both great.. I would not let many people design a room in my house, because I am so picky, but I would let them do anything they wanted! hehe
Chris was posing for me! haha I was taking pictures and he turned right at me and was like "go ahead, take it now!" hehehe how embarrassing in front of hundreds of people! Oh well!
It's funny how someone you know a lifetime ago becomes famous and then you have to let everyone know your claim to fame. I met Steven Sabados when he was still in high school at A.N. Myer in Niagara Falls. He is a few years older than I am (and still looks great) and he used to know my cousin and eat with his friend at my cousin's restaurant all the time. I used to think he was so hot, (still is) and I remember bumping into him at a Billy Idol concert and melting. The last time I saw him he was starting art and design in Toronto and would only hear from my cousin, bragging that she'd see him on his visits home. There, that's my claim to fame. My husband still teases me about my "crush." It's great that he's done so well for himself. I watch "Designer Guys" all the time. I love their creations. I only remember him as a really great artist who used to dress in black all of the time. I used to show off his yearbook photo to my friends so they could see how cute he was/is.

I met him and Chris at the Interior Design show last year.. and I forgot my camera! I was sooo upset.. but I got to get a hug from Chris!
And yes I definitely agree with you.. I love their designs and style.. One of the only design teams I'd ever let design my house!
