Of course u can cauliflower. It has a nutty flavour when stirfried.
You can also add baby corn..if you can find them in the stores.

Cauliflower is very good in stirfry. When I order chinese food, it is always in there. Also, brocolli, onion, snowpeas, carrots, water chestnuts, green and red pepper, bean sprouts, baby corn, bok choy and pretty much anything else you have lying around will work. I miss stirfry..I don't make it very often anymore at all because my DH won't eat it.
Oh i should have added fresh califlour not the frozen one tks.
